About Katy Wainwright Photos
Hi I’m Katy, a Lancashire based candid photographer. I have loved taking photos since I was a teenager. My favourite thing is capturing photos that allow for forever memories.
I’ve had a passion for photography since 2016. It all began when I first was gifted a Nikon D3300 camera after taking photos with the family digital camera. I would take pictures all the time on family holidays especially on my first tip to the big apple in NYC.
I branched out to taking photos of anything from my family members to football practices to animals at the zoo! The list goes on and on… My passion made me take Art and Photography for my GCSEs and A-Level studies.
I am more than your photographer, I bring a friendly & fun approach to every shoot. No need to worry about posing, I take candid shots that usually go unnoticed.
My speciality is weddings and events. Over the years I have taken part in charity fundraisers, christenings and even a short film premier!
STEP 1
FILL OUT THE FORM
So you want to create something magical? Fill out the enquiry form under the Contact Me tab, making sure to include as much detail as possible.
STEP 2
CHAT AND PREPARE
Over email or text message we confirm what package you would like to go forward with as well as my availability. Depending on preference we will arrange a call via zoom to meet before the event to discuss timings, plans and anything that is a must have for the day!
STEP 3
PICTURE TIME
Once everything is confirmed and we have decided the overall vibe of the shoot, I’ll bring my camera and we’re all ready to have fun!
STEP 4
DELIVERING PHOTOS
You get a 48 hour preview of a few photos to give a glimpse of what you will be receiving in full. Between 3-4 weeks for weddings and 1-2 for events your gallery will be ready! This tends to be the longest part of the process to ensure every photo is carefully culled and edited to your liking. I will deliver your gallery via online link (with a limited time to download all the images so make sure to download asap!) or USB stick depending on your preferred method.
